Wendy Goldstein

Wendy Goldstein has had a long career in the environment, particularly nature conservation, including with the National Parks and Wildlife Service (1974-1982), the International Union Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Gland Switzerland (1992-2005), working on policy advice for the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and more recently (2005-2019) lecturer and director of the Master of Sustainable Development at Macquarie University, and now an Honorary Lecturer there. She is a member of the IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA) and IUCN Commission on Education and Communication (CEC) and Australian champion for IUCN #Nature for All; and now contributes to restoring nature in Lane Cove.
